We do not provide any return policy. We only provide exchange policy, if the incorrect product was shipped to.

Refund Policy

Books that are purchased online from speedypublication.in can be refunded, if the refund is a result of our error. To request a refund, simply whatsapp (9934927362) your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We shall contact you regarding your request within 24 hours. The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the books by the customer, within Fifteen days.

Cancel an Order

Below are our terms and conditions for refund Process :

1. If a customer wants to cancel a order before shipment, there will be a 30% deduction of order amount and remaining amount will be refunded back to customer account. The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the books by the customer, within Fifteen days.

2. If a customer want to cancel an order after shipment both side shipment cost be beared by the customer. We will process the refund only after receipt of books in our office. The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the books by the customer, within Fifteen days.
